Who we are

I’ve worked in produce plants, hotels, sports bars, and at some of the most lauded craft cocktail bars in Los Angeles, including for James Beard Award-winning chefs like Jose Andres. My cocktail recipes have been featured in Eater LA and The Los Angeles Times. But it’s my ten years serving guests that help me understand your needs and what’s important for your business.

In the entertainment industry, I’ve overhauled the branding, design and marketing for independent film studios and run YouTube and social campaigns for dozens of films. My email blasts achieve 45-50% open rates on average and 0% spam rates, with a focus on tracking conversions. I’ve also executive produced a dozen features, and sold movies that been nominated for SXSW Grand Jury Prizes, James Beard Media Awards, and GLAAD Awards for Outstanding Film.

Lastly, I’ve built and sold tech startups focused on predictive analytics. At my last company, 87% of total 2024 company revenues were generated by products I built and marketed. Rest assured, we will be using the latest tech, not only for data reporting but to achieve efficiencies across the board.

I started Dishy because some of my closest friends are talented bartenders, chefs and restaurant owners, and I knew that I could use the skills I learned in media to drive business to restaurants and generate a tasty return on digital marketing dollars.

Dishy donates 10% of our profits to health insurance funds for local restaurant workers via our partnership with Restaurants Care.
